Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a skilled Software Developer with expertise in .NET, C#, and experience working on AIMS360 software code to join our dynamic team.
Role Summary:
As a Software Developer at AIMS360, you will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining our software applications built on the .NET framework, with a particular focus on integrating and optimizing our AIMS360 system. Your role will involve working closely with our IT team and business stakeholders to develop high-quality software solutions that meet our business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using .NET technologies (C#)
- Work on the customization, integration, and optimization of AIMS360 software within our IT ecosystem
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues
- Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review
- Engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment
- Provide technical support for the AIMS360 system and related applications
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Software Developer with strong proficiency in .NET and C#
- Direct experience working on AIMS360 software, including customization and integration
- Strong understanding of the full software development life cycle
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SQL Server and database design
- Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP.NET)
- Experience with cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus
- Familiarity with agile methodologies
