Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a skilled Software Developer with expertise in .NET, C#, and experience working on AIMS360 software code to join our dynamic team.

Role Summary:

As a Software Developer at AIMS360, you will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining our software applications built on the .NET framework, with a particular focus on integrating and optimizing our AIMS360 system. Your role will involve working closely with our IT team and business stakeholders to develop high-quality software solutions that meet our business needs.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code using .NET technologies (C#)
  • Work on the customization, integration, and optimization of AIMS360 software within our IT ecosystem
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
  • Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues
  • Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review
  • Engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment
  • Provide technical support for the AIMS360 system and related applications

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Software Developer with strong proficiency in .NET and C#
  • Direct experience working on AIMS360 software, including customization and integration
  • Strong understanding of the full software development life cycle
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SQL Server and database design
  • Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ASP.NET)
  • Experience with cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies
