AIMS360 Fashion ERP, a leading provider of ERP solutions in the Fashion industry, is seeking a Sales Specialist who demonstrates a proven track record in ERP or similar technology sales within the fashion industry. This performance-driven role requires an individual who is not only a self-starter but also possesses a strong network of contacts in the fashion sector. Your ability to independently drive sales and deliver impactful results will be crucial to your success in this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage existing relationships and expand the network within the fashion industry to uncover and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations and detailed demonstrations of the AIMS360 ERP solutions tailored to the specific needs of fashion businesses.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closure with a high degree of independence.
  • Provide expert solutions based on a thorough understanding of each client’s unique business needs.
  • Maintain robust client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, using insights to strategically position our offerings.
  • Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets, demonstrating a clear focus on performance outcomes.
  • Collect and synthesize customer feedback to aid in product development and enhancement discussions.

Requirements:

  • Strong existing network within the fashion industry.
  • Proven experience in sales of ERP systems or similar business solutions, with a record of achieving sales targets.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Readiness to travel as required for client engagements and industry events.
